1We don't sell your data

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

2Only what you send us

Most information we have comes from forms you choose to fill out.

3No ad trackers

We don't use advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers on this site.

4You're in control

Ask us anytime to see, correct or delete your information.

01Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through creativeinfosd.com (the "Site") and through communications you have with us related to the Site.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on the Site, you choose what to share with us. Depending on the form, this may include:

FormInformation collected
Find Your Growth LevelBusiness name, contact name, email, phone, website, industry, primary challenge, desired outcome, current systems, investment range and growth level of interest.
Discovery SessionName, email, phone, company, website, business stage and your message.
Client SupportName, email, business name, phone, request type, priority, page link and a description of your request.

We also receive any information you include when you email, call or text us — for example, files or screenshots you send for a project.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web server and hosting provider automatically receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to deliver and secure the Site. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the Site.

03How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries, support requests and requests for a Discovery Session.
  • To evaluate your needs and recommend the right services or growth level for your business.
  • To provide, manage and improve the services you hire us for.
  • To send you project updates, proposals, invoices and other service-related communications.
  • To operate, maintain and protect the Site, including preventing spam and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We will only send you marketing emails if you've asked to hear from us, and you can opt out at any time.

04How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only as needed to run the Site and deliver our services, including with:

  • Service providers that help us operate, such as our website hosting provider and the email delivery service that sends form submissions to our inbox. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Collaborators on your project, such as printers or other vendors, when needed to complete work you've requested.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Creative Info, our clients or others.
  • Business transfers, if Creative Info is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case your information would remain subject to this policy.

05Cookies & third-party content

The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed for it to work properly — for example, to cache pages for speed, to keep forms secure, and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Some pages load content from third parties:

  • Google Fonts — to display our typefaces. Your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • YouTube videos — on some pages we show video previews. The YouTube player only loads after you click play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Once loaded, Google/YouTube's policies apply.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

06Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for as long as we're in contact about a potential project or providing services to you — and as required for legitimate business, accounting, tax or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

07Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we take protecting your information seriously. Please don't send highly sensitive information (such as passwords or financial account numbers) through our forms.

08Your rights & choices

You can contact us at any time to:

  • Ask what personal information we have about you.
  • Correct information that's inaccurate or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Opt out of any marketing emails (you can also use the unsubscribe link in those emails).

We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

09California privacy rights

If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), may give you additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
  • Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require offering this right.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of information described in "Information we collect" — identifiers (such as name, email and phone), commercial information about your business needs, and internet activity information (such as server logs) — from you and your device, for the business purposes described in this policy. We have not sold or shared personal information. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

10Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in California). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll make that clear on the Site.
