2Projects have their own agreement

Scope, pricing and deliverables live in your signed proposal or agreement.

3Our content is ours

Site design, text and graphics belong to Creative Info or our clients.

4California law

These terms are governed by the laws of California.

01Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Creative Info ("Creative Info," "we," "us," or "our"), a creative and digital services studio based in San Diego, California. They apply to your use of creativeinfosd.com and its pages (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

02Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes, such as learning about our services and contacting us. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading or spam content through our forms, or impersonate any person or business.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems, or interfere with its security or performance.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code.
  • Scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Site using automated means without our written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated.

03Our services

The Site describes the services we offer, including brand identity and design, websites, content and social media, local visibility and SEO, growth systems, and print and merch. Descriptions, examples and "growth levels" on the Site are for general information only and are not an offer or a guarantee of specific results.

Client projects are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement that sets out the scope, timeline, pricing, payment terms, deliverables and ownership for that project. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.

Submitting a form, requesting a Discovery Session or receiving a recommendation does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us until we both agree to a project in writing.

04Information you submit

When you send us information through the Site — for example, through our Find Your Growth Level, Discovery Session or Client Support forms — you confirm that it's accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us ideas, feedback or suggestions about the Site or our services, we may use them without any obligation to you. This does not apply to materials you provide for a client project, which are covered by your project agreement.

05Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos and code — are owned by Creative Info or by our clients and licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. "Creative Info" and our logo are our trademarks.

You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

06Portfolio & client work

Our portfolio shows work we've created for clients. Client names, logos, brands, websites and materials shown belong to their respective owners and are displayed for the purpose of showcasing our work. Their appearance on the Site doesn't mean those businesses endorse anything beyond the work shown, and they may not be used by anyone else without the owner's permission.

If you're a client and would like something removed from our portfolio, contact us and we'll take care of it.

07Testimonials

Testimonials on the Site reflect the real experiences of individual clients. Every business is different, and results vary based on many factors. Testimonials are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

09Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is always complete or up to date.

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Creative Info and its owners, team members and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of those damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Liability related to client projects is governed by the applicable project agreement. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Creative Info from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or business.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13Changes & general terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
